John O’Hagan is the founder and principle of Market Access Ireland. A career-sales professional and a Fellow of the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management, he holds a B.A. in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Business Administration.

As a senior executive within regional and multinational plc media organisations and later as an entrepreneurial business owner, he has developed an expert understanding of how small, medium and large business organisations can optimise their selling functions by using outsourced sales services which are focused towards identifying and, crucially, delivering new revenues.

With Degrees in Literature and International Sales & Marketing, Melanie achieved work experience with a number of international organisations before joining Market Access. Melanie is fluent in French, English & Spanish. She specialises in delivering market entry facilitation strategies and services to International business organisations interested in developing operations in Ireland.

Ashleigh Mitchell
Sales Administration Manager

Ashleigh has extensive experience from a number of senior Executive Secretarial and Administration roles. A member of the Institute of Accounting Technicians in Ireland, she also has considerable experience in developing integrated management information systems covering management accounts, marketing & sales functions. Ashleigh oversees the implementation of Market Access quality systems and Client service standards.
